For kids andpeople withdisabilities

For children and people with disabilities, I offer shorter two-hour, full-day and multi-day workshops, combining 5Rhythms with artistic expression.
We approach creation through movement and in a playful, spontaneous way.
When we relax we allow ourselves to express our unconscious through abstract art, and open the door to creative freedom.
In the workshops, children and people with disabilities create their own picture or co-create in pairs or they paint in a group so called collective painting. In the foreground is an abstract expression on smaller or larger surfaces. We create in large formats in all-day and multi-day workshops.

Embodiment of the imaginary world
The embodiment of the imaginary world is based on the conscious practice of movement according to the 5Rhythms method, where participants connect with their creativity and imagination through dance, movement and play. In the workshops participants express themselves spontaneously and expressively through colours, portray their imagination, and create together. They strengthen motor skills, awareness of their body and movements, positive self-image, and learning about their role in the group. Above all, they awaken the painter in them, who innovatively depicts his truth and trusts the creative force, feelings and intuition that compel the painting.
The workshop is for children of the first triad of elementary school and preschool children.
For people with disabilities.
