Workshops Dancing with Colours combine the 5 rhythm method with art, emphasising artistic expression. The participants mostly paint with acrylic paints, crayons and crayons on different materials and in the rhythm of their dance they co-create a work of art and also their individual artwork.

In the workshops, we play with colours, images and the concept of empty space.

The main research themes are personal power, imagination, acceptance, tolerance, and transformation.
