For vulnarable groups

I offer classes and workshops that combine 5Rhythms practice with authentic artistic expression. We approach creation through playful, spontaneous movement.
Through 5Rhythms practice, we connect to our bodies and become aware of our feelings and thoughts. We let our consciousness express itself not only through movement, the foundation of every workshop or class, but also through art, opening the door to creative freedom.
In workshops, participants co-create through collective painting and⁄or paint independently. The best outcome is creating large-format work in multi-day workshops.
In particular, I love working with people with disabilities and children, although vulnerable groups are all kinds of groups (refugees, homeless, cancer patients, quier people, people with mental health issues, etc.) that, for various reasons, feel excluded from society.
I would love to work with you.
Contact me to arrange a workshop or class on a topic you would like to explore through embodiment, based on 5Rhythms practice and abstract art.

Embodiment of the imaginary world is a WS based on the conscious practice of movement using the 5Rhythms method, where participants connect with their creativity and imagination through dance, movement, and play. Participants express themselves spontaneously and expressively through art and theatre, colours and costumes; they bring their imagination to life and create together.
They strengthen motor skills, body awareness, and movement, build positive self-image, and deepen their understanding of their role in the group. Above all, they awaken the artist in them, who innovatively depicts the truth and trusts the creative force, feelings and intuition of the process and performance.
For children in primary school.
Contact me if you would like to organise this WS. I would love to dance, play and create with you.
